Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Refresher
The 30-hour EMT Refresher Training Program is designed to assist the EMT in maintaining up-to-date proficiency in critical knowledge and skills pertinent to providing emergency care in the field. The program adheres to the refresher program standards set forth by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Registry of EMTs NCCP model. Participants will complete 14 hours of distributive education prior to the 16 hours in class skills. Students much complete all content to be eligible to attend required skills session.
Students will receive educational content materials via email access after registration.
This course meets two of the three components of the NREMT NCCP model which is 20 hours of National Cirriculum and 10 hours of state/local.
